The registration fee for the 2004 Symposium will be $400 (U.S.). For early registration by April 1, 2004, the registration fee wil be $300 (U.S.). The registration fee for graduate students attending the 2004 Symposium will be $175 (U.S.).

Symposium Banquet

The banquet for the Symposium participants will be held on Tuesday evening, June 8, in Prospect House on the Princeton University campus. The charge for the banquet will be $50 (U.S.), collected at the time of the Symposium.
